Alice Faye Evans

Alice Faye (Maynard) Evans 93, of Sarah Ann, departed this life Wedesday, September 07, 2016 at her residence.  She was born in Wayne, WV to the late Martin and Tempie (France) Maynard.   She was a homemaker and attended God’s Light House Church.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her grandparents, husband; Annason Evans, three sons; Arvil, Clarence and Bernard Evans, one granddaughter; Alicia Evans Noe and eight other siblings. Those left to cherish her memories are three sons; Randall and Greenville Evans both of Sarah Ann and Dennis (Marcia) Evans of Gilbert, three daughters; Christine Hobbs and Sharon Evans both of Sarah Ann and Gearoldine (Darrell) Campbell of Whitman, thirteen grandchildren; Cari Lefebvre, David Evans, Patrick Callaway, Joe Campbell, Andy Campbell, Angie White, B.J. Evans, Jessica Lynn Crum, Kyle Dennis Evans, Randi White, Ashley Evans, Shelley Smith and Nikki Samuels and nineteen great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor C.D. Wolford officiating.  Burial will follow in Maynard Cemetery at Breeden.  Visitation will be from 6 to 9 P.M. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.  Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the arrangements.  Condolences may be left @ www.collinsfuneralhomewv.com./
