Amanda Jane Mounts

Amanda Jane Mounts 90, of Sarah Ann, departed this life Sunday, December 21, 2014 in Cabell Huntington Hospital.  She was born March 28, 1924 in Vale, NC to the late Joseph and Rosa (Burleson) Hartley.  She was a Homemaker and of the Church of God Faith.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Dempsey Mounts, Grandparents, one son; Joseph Mounts, four Brothers, one Sister, and one Son-in-law.  Those left to cherish her memories are one Son; Dempsey (Patricia Miller) Mounts of IN, four Daughters; Judith Ann Mounts of Sarah Ann, Peggy (David) Santillo of FL, Rita Cianciolo of AR,  and Alice (Bill) Frye of Sarah Ann and numerous Grandchildren, Great- Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.  Services will be 12:00 PM Saturday December 27, 2014 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Noah Chafin officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Godby.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6 to 9 P.M.
