Bill J. Hatfield left this world on August 6th, 2020. He was 66 years old. He leaves behind his loving family. He was a kind gentle soul. He had many special preachers but one stood out and motivated and inspired him to do better and that was Bro. Ralphy Manuel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Hatfield and Laura (Carter) Hatfield; one daughter, Mandy Kay; one son, Carl Ernie Hatfield; one granddaughter, Caroline Keene; two sisters, Maratha Bryant and Ivy Lee Christian; and one brother, Elmer Hatfield.
Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his wife, Linda Faye (Blankenship) Hatfield; one son, Randall (Denise) Hatfield of Musick Bottom; one brother, Paul Hatfield of Sharon Heights; two sisters, Virgie Ferguson of Pigeon Creek and Exie Carter of Ben Creek; one step-grandson, Jarrett (Ashlee) Cline; two step great grandchildren, Reagan and Kaybrie Cline; and a host of many nieces, nephews, and friends that he loved dearly.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 15th, 2020 at his and Faye’s home in Slick Rock (Musick Bottom) with Pastor Jonas Trent officiating. He will be buried in Little Muncy Cemetery beside of his daughter, Mandy Kay.
Collins Funeral Home of Switzer, WV is assisting the Hatfield family with arrangements.
