Billy Joe Toler Jr. 38, of Logan, departed this life on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born August 28, 1979 in Man, WV. He is proceeded in death by his father and mother in-law; Joe & Brenda Adams, his maternal grandparents; Helen & Walker Gibson, his paternal grandparents; Joseph & Ruth Toler, and his nephew Levi Bowe. Billy is survived by his wife; Alice Toler of Logan, his parents; Bill & Diana Toler of Rum Creek, his sisters; Lori (Russ) Cope of Cincinnati and Lee Ann (Robbie) Bowe of Chapmanville, brother in laws; Joe Adams & Michael Adams of Logan, nieces; Taylor Phillips, Kaylee Bowe, Mika & Johnica Adams, nephews; Will Cope & Benjamin Cope, and special friends Jim Pennington & Billy Ruggles and Martha Adams whom he loved very much and called her nanny. Billy had a great heart and would help anybody. He loved hunting and fishing. Billy loved his wife Alice more than anything. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Albert Cline officiating.Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 6-9PM at the funeral home.
