Cheryl Addair

Cheryl Davis-Addair 58, of Logan, departed this life Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Logan Regional Medical Center.  She was born November 21, 1957 in Logan to the Late Robert and Rutha Mae Smith Davis.  She had been employed as a Pharmacy Technician for CVS Pharmacy before she became disabled.  Those left to cherish her memories are two sons; Jacob Aaron and John-Luke Addair and one sister Susan Davis of Virginia.  There will be a memorial service held at Collins Funeral Home Chapel at a later date.  Collins funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the arrangements.  Condolences may be left at www.collinsfuneralhomewv.com./
