Danny Carl Barnette

Danny Carl Barnette, 70 of Omar, WV went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 8th, 1950 in Kentucky to the late Mack Barnette and Lydia (Hudson) Barnette. He was a member of the #7 Holden Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jamie Barnette; one sister, Barbara Collins; and six great-grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his loving wife, Ruby (Perry) Barnette of fourty-nine years; five brothers, Bobby (Debbie) Barnette, Ronnie (Diane) Barnette, Jerry (Debbie) Barnette, James Barnette, and Roger Barnette; one sister, Judy (George) Luckas; one grandchild, Autumn Barnette (Jackie Columbia-Floyd); one daughter-in-law; Kristie Barnette.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will include family and friends. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is assisting the Barnette family with arrangements.
