Darlene (Maynard) Hale

Darlene (Maynard) Hale, 65, departed this life on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024, at her residence. She was born to the late Tennis and Eula (Justice) Maynard on October 2nd, 1958. She was a part of the Main Island Creek Cleanup Campaign.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by five sisters, and four brothers. 

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 46 years, Richard D. Hale; two sons, Richard V.(Ashlie) Hale, Christopher M. (Hollyn) Hale; four sisters, Sharon (Gary) McKinney, Tammy (Roger) Watts, Kim Maynard, Kelly Maynard; and her three grandchildren that she adored, Tyler, Kayla, and Aayden Hale. 

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John B. Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Chapmanville, WV. 

A visitation will be held for all family and friends who knew her at 11:00 am to the time of the funeral service.
