Delmer Dee Green

Delmer Dee Green, 56 of Logan, WV departed this life Monday, July 20th, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 3rd, 1963 in Madison, WV and was the son of the late Earnest Lafferty and Arbutus Green. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife and one brother, Earnest Green.
Delmer was a mechanic at Gaylocks for twenty years. He loved to eat, cook, and work on cars. He loved his grandbabies more than anything.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes one son, John Paul Sloan of Logan, WV; two daughters, Holly Green of Logan, WV and Jessica Green of Switzer, WV; four brothers, Elmer (Penny) Green of Logan, WV, Gary Hobbs of Pecks Mill, WV, Larry (Teresa) Hobbs of Rossmore, WV, Dwayne Hobbs of Logan, WV; niece, Taylor Hobbs; three sisters, Pamela (Albert) Cooper of Aracoma, WV, Maralyn Green of Kentucky, Brenda Hobbs of Aracoma, WV; special nephew, Marty Green of Hurricane, WV; and a host of grandchildren, family, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on 12:00 pm Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 with Pastor Gary Starr officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will include family and friends. A visitation will be held a hour prior to the service.
