Diane Louise Lackey

Diane Louise (Siegfried) Lackey, 59 of Omar, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday, January 21, 2019 at Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial Division. She was born January 14, 1960 in Medina, Ohio to the late Donald and Patricia Siegfried. She was a member of the Pinecreek Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son: Alan Siegfried; one grandson: Brantley.

Those left to cherish her loving memory includes her husband: Sam Lackey; one son: Rodney Wayne of Akron, Ohio; three step-sons: Joshua Adam Lackey, Nicholas Paul Lackey, and Dennis Aaron Lackey all of Cleveland, Ohio; two brothers: Gene Siegfried and William “Bill” Siegfried both of Ohio; one sister Linda Blevins, grandchildren: Tatym, Bella, C.J., Abbie, Sawyer, and Aubrey and a host of family and friends who will all love and miss her.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Pinecreek Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor John Hatfield officiating. Visitation will begin at noon. In honoring her wishes, after the service her remains will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Collins Funeral Home for the funeral expenses.
