Donna Kay Gearhart, 41, of Camden, SC (formerly of Logan, WV) departed this life on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022. She gained her wings due to injuries from being struck by an automobile accident. She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Carpenter; grandmother, Minnie May; aunt, Jennifer May; uncle, George May; and a very special aunt, Sissy Bailey and aunt, Gay Tomblin.
Those left to cherish her memory includes her loving husband of twelve years, Nicholas Aaron Gearhart; two sons, Joseph Thomas and Johnathon Tyler Gearhart; mother, Judy May; uncle, John (Diane) May; very special cousin, Allya May; a host of cousins that she loved dearly; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Thomas and Carol Gearhart whom she resided with in Camden, SC; and a host of brother and sister in-laws whom she loved dearly. She was a special aunt to all of her nieces and nephews whom she loved with all of her heart.
Donna was a devout Christian and a member of the Christian Fellowship Church of God and of the Pentecostal Faith; she loved singing and doing mime/drama for the Lord. She loved to watch wrestling, emergency “911”, and Little House on The Prairie were some of her favorites. She loved to walk and hike with Nick and Johnathon. Above all, Donna was a loving wife and mother; her life centered around God and her family.
Everyone that knew Donna or met her for the first time, seen her love and compassion. She always had a smile. She will forever hold a place in her family and friends’ hearts. She will always be loved and remembered.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022, at Christian Fellowship Church of God with Bishop CD Wolford and Bishop Seth Curnutte officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Godby, WV.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.
