Edna Fields 95 of Laurelwood Lane, Monaville went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, February 04, 2015, in Trinity Health Care Logan. She was born in Monaville on February 28, 1919. Her parents were the late Paris and Dessie (Vance) McCoy. She was a Homemaker, a member of the Monahill Memorial Freewill Baptist Church and a member of the Monahill Auxillary. Edna was a Faithful Christian that loved to go to church and spend time with her family. She also enjoyed sewing, embroidering, quilting and working crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Fields, two Sisters; Opal Lewis and Sylvia Craddock and two Brothers; John and Donald McCoy. She is survived by one Sister; Louise (Carl) Baisden of Monitor Park Drive and a host of Nieces and Nephews. Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 08, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joseph Vance and Rev. Andy Maynard officiating with a special speaker Buddy Wallace. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM Saturday, February 07, 2015 at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
