Faye (Dotson) Estep, 80 of Sarah Ann, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, July 17th, 2023. She was born on April 17th, 1943, in Wharncliffe, WV to the late Bill and Stella (Patrick) Dotson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Robert Clarence “Sonny” Estep, sisters, Dorothy (Sam) Hatfield, Marie Adams, Addie (Willie) Gibson, Retha (Pete) Mounlio, and Sharon Yost; brothers, Joda “Joe” (Dorothy) Dotson, Ray Dotson, and Donald Dotson.
She enjoyed being a homemaker, listening to gospel music, and spending time with her family.
Those left to cherish her loving memory includes her children, Kathy (Berman) Bragg of Pie, WV, Robert Estep of Sarah Ann, WV, Michael Estep of Omar, WV, Jack (Michelle) Estep of Verdunville, WV, Connie (Kenneth) Sells of Switzer, WV, and Margaret (Mark) Horn of Switzer, WV; grandchildren, Christina (Chris) Adkins, Dana (Casey) Estep, Lindsey Lambert, Jason (Nikki) Estep, Jobe (Emily) Estep, Gage (Stephanie) Estep, Alex (Chris) Williams, Adam Hobbs, Bryce Hobbs, Ashley (Ryan) Hatfield, and Kelsey (Joe) Shepard; thirteen great grandchildren; one sister, Mary (Cleo) Taylor of Ohio, and three brothers, William “Buster” Dotson, George Dotson, and Ronald Dotson all of Ohio.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, July 19th, 2023, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, July 20th, 2023, also at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Joseph Vance officiating. Burial will follow in the Browning & Estep Family Cemetery in Sarah Ann, WV.
