Glenda (Clark) Bias

Glenda Sue Bias, 74, of Omar went to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the daughter of the late Chester and Lula Mae Clark. She was employed by Walmart for twenty-four years where she retired. She loved spending time her family and loved holidays.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Bias; three brothers, Doug Clark, Lee Clark, and Justin Clark; two sisters, Eula Curry, and Rita Waller; one granddaughter, Ashley Bias.

Those left to cherish her memory are her four sons, Doug (Christy) Bias of South Carolina, Darrell (Janet) Bias of North Carolina, Eric (Rachel) Bias of Tennessee, and Emert Bias of Omar; one daughter Trish (Mike) Fleming of Switzer; three grandsons, Logan Bias, James Riffe Jr., and Cody Smith; three step grandsons, Josh (Alley) Fleming, Jeremy (Marsha) Fleming, Corey Fleming; one great grandson, Brinston Riffe, four great grandchildren, Bristol Fleming, J.J. Fleming, Malaya Fleming, and A’lara Spears; two sisters, Kathy Woodruff of Omar, Betty (Mike) Esklin of Ohio; three brothers, Darrell (Darlene) Clark of Ohio, Roger (Gwen) Clark of Chapmanville, Allen (Thelma) Clark of Sarah Ann; a special ex-daughter in law, Amy Bias who helped care for her; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel in Switzer, WV.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jimmy Meade officiating. Upon her wishes, she will be cremated after the services.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Collins Funeral Home, Inc. to cover the funeral expenses.
