Greg Hughes

Greg Hughes, 56 of Monaville, WV departed this life on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born on February 12, 1964 to the late Jack and Wanda (Smith) Hughes in Logan, WV. Greg was a former coal miner, mechanic, and of the pentecostal faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Keith and Jackie Hughes, and one granddaughter, Micha Fleming. Those left to cherish his memories are four daughters, Tara (Laura Joslin) Watts, Kelli (Mike) Fortune, Auttumn Adkins, Haleigh (TJ Toler) Hughes; one brother, Gary Hughes; two sisters, Dianna Hughes, Brenda Hall; eight grandchildren, Jala Hughes, Austin Fortune, Sarah Sparks, Emma Fleming, Paisleigh Adkins, Malik and Josiah Workman; one great grandchild, Brinston Riffe; and two special best friends, Ralph Rodighiero and Chuck Sullivan. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 10, 2020 at 12:00AM at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation 1-hour prior. Pastor Jody Bias will be officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Eric Oney, Mike Fortune, Austin Fortune, AJ Hughes, Jerry Browning, and TJ Toler.
