James Bevino, 66 of Rum Creek, WV went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 7th, 2022, at home with his loved ones. He was born November 20th, 1955, to the Eula and Tony Bevino.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Velma of many years; one daughter, Crystal; one brother, Jan Bevino; one nephew, John David Carver; his mother and father-in-law, Jack and Alberta Johnson.
Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his four daughters, Ashley Wingler and son-in-law David Wingler of Man, Lynn Gillman of Switzer, Jamie Bevino of Chapmanville, Rhonda Cullison of South Carolina; two great grandsons, Xavier Maynor and Maverick Hall; one great granddaughter, Vivian Crille; grandchildren, Isaiah Swims, Mark Hall, Austin Hatfield, Seth Stollings, London Cullison, Nevaeh Crum, Autumn Elkins, Jessica Kitchen, Chloe Prince, Hannah Stollings, and Katie Cullison; one sister, Tony Kay Carver; one nephew, Jessie Carver; and one niece, Nancy Howell.
He was truly one a kind and had a heart of gold. He was a hardworking coal miner for thirty-eight years, a wonderful father and friend; he will be missed by many.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, May 13th, 2022, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Chapmanville, WV.
A visitation for the public will begin one hour prior to the service at 11:00 am.
