Blankenship Elkins Spouse, Danny Eugene Elkins Sr. of Switzer, WV Kathy Jo Blankenship West Spouse, James Frederick West of Raleigh NC Grand Children: Jan Hanlon of Chapmanville, WV,
 Henry Batten of Morrisville, NC, Karen Rettig of Tacoma WA, Samantha Salazar of Olympia, WA, Danny Eugene Elkins Jr, of Raleigh, NC. Great Grand Children: Marc and Jordan Rettig; Nicholas Salazar; Kelsey and Zack Hanlon; Ashley, Stephanie and Natalie Batten; Caroline and Hallie West. Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
