Jerry Allen Morris

Jerry Allen Morris 72 of Harts, departed this life Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born November 14, 1943 to the late Howard and Icie May (Lee) Morris. He was a carpenter and of the Freewill Baptist Church at Harts. Jerry’s preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, five brothers and 1 step-son. Survivors include his wife; Florence Morris, 7 sons; Jeff (Mary) Morris of MI., Gary ( Debbie) Morris of MI., Larry (Mary Louise) Morris of MI., Oliver (Becky) Morris of MI.,  Jerry (Robin) Morris, and Joseph Adkins of Harts, 3 daughters; Valerie (Kevin) Conrad of MI, Tammy (Randy) Sulkowski of MI., and Cynthia Ferguson of Wayne County, 1 brother; Roland Morris of Ohio, 2 sisters; Elizabeth (Charles Shaffer) Boggs, and Mary (Mike) Leugers of Ohio, 24 Grandchildren and 22 Great-Grandchildren. Services will be held  10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Frankie Frye officiating. Visitation will be Friday, December 18, 2015 from 6-9 PM at Collins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Howard Morris Cemetery in Clay County. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
