Mary Robinette, 66 of Peach Creek, departed this life Sunday, July 19, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 16, 1949 in Logan to the late George Hope and Elva (Stanley) May. She was a homemaker and attended the Crystal Block Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents and grandparents, she is preceded in death by four brothers; Melvin, Johnny, Berl and Tommy May and one sister; Lorene. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband; Paris Robinette, three daughters; Pauline (Lee) Hensley of Logan, Angie (Ron) Dazey of Indiana and Sherry (Scotty) Cox of Stollings, one brother; J.R. May of Charleston, three sisters; Kathy (Mike) Saunders of North Carolina, Lilly (David) Elkins of Florida, and Janice (Jimmy) Robinette of Peach Creek, eight grandchildren; Jessica, Mimi and Kaylee Hensley, Chris and Stephanie Coyle, Megan Robertson and Brandon and Tyler Cox, and eight great-grandchildren. Service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Benny Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior the same day starting at 11:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the arrangements.
