Melinda Lou Johnson

Melinda Lou Johnson, 49 of Baisden, WV went to her heavenly home on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 22, 1972, to Luther and Bonnie Mounts. She attended Full Gospel Church of God. She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Mounts; four grandparents, four aunts, and two uncles. 
 

Those left to cherish her memories includes her husband of thirty-three years, Rickey Johnson; her mother, Bonnie Mounts; two sons, JJ (Carrie) Johnson and Josh (Kaitlyn) Johnson; two brothers, Luther Mounts and David Mounts; one sister, Michelle Cline; four grandchildren, Morgan, Baylee, Grayson, and Myles Johnson; best friends, Carol Browning, Amanda Warden, Nancy Cline, Jessica Reagan, Lish Cline, Valerie Bradford; and a host of family and friends. 
 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 1:00pm at Full Gospel Church of God with Rev. Jonas Trent officiating. Burial will follow at My Heart Cemetery in Baisden, WV. Pallbearers will include Timmy Cline, Sid Keen, Clark Blackburn, James Raegan, Faron Cline, Jeff Morgan, Jay Browning, Michael Harris, Larry White, Lionel Browning. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack Morgan, Collin Cline, Bobby New, Michael Ellis, McClellan Manuel, Jordan Cline, Jeremy May, Tommy Puekett, and John Hatfield. 
 

A vistation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Full Gospel Church of God.
