Michael Eugene Russell

Michael Eugene Russell 40, of McConnell, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Pikeville Medical in Pikeville, Kentucky.  He was born April 26, 1977 in Man to the Late Walter Melvin Russell and Karen Rose (Jeffery) Russell, Skidmore.  In addition to his parents, those proceeding in death are his Grandparents; Robert and Wilda Jeffery of Logan and Emmett and Molly White.  (2) Sisters; Mary Frances (Earl) Calloway of Madison and Linda Sue (Ira) White of Milton, WV and one Brother Walter Melvin Russell Jr.   Survivors include two Sons; Ronnie Tyler Frye Michael Ryan Russell both of McConnell, four Sisters; Celia (Tommy) Hatfield of Neibert,, Jody (Larry) Hatfield of Neibert, Carol (Johnny) Farley of Chapmanville, Wilda (Scott) Pack of Logan, three Brothers; Roy (Myra) Russell of Lyburn, WV Emmett (Martha) Russell of Neibert, WV and Curtis (Lisa) Ball of Logan, Special Aunts and Uncles; Gary (Ronda) Jeffery of IN, Jerry (Cynthia) Jeffery of IN, Robert (Melody) Jeffery of Chapmanville, Carolyn (Johnny) Marcum of Cora, Larry ( Mary) Jeffery of OH and  Linda (Terry) Mills of SC , a Special Niece; Iris Miller of Milton, WV, Special friends:  Priscilla Frye of Peach Creek, Pat Cloud, Kay (Jerry) "Bird Dog" Frye, Crystal Frye the mother of his two sons  and a Host of other Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, Family and Friends.  Services will be 1:00 PM @ Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
