Nadine McKnight

Nadine McKnight 87 of Chauncey, left this life and entered into her heavenly home January 12th, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Elzie and Grace George.  She was a homemaker and a member of Walnut Grove Freewill Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, George McKnight and one son, John McKnight. Three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Maggie Large and husband Pat (Bucky) Large, Gail Ferrell and husband Carew Farrell, and Norma White. One brother, Elzie George Jr. (Bud).

She is survived by her son, George (Patty) McKnight Jr., one sister and brother-in-law. Janice Jordan and husband Charles Jordan. One special sister-in-law and caregiver, Janet George.  Several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. She leaves behind her canine companion Bella, who was a source of joy and comfort to her.

Graveside service will be held Friday January 15th at 11:00 AM, at Highland Memory Gardens with Pastor Charlie Blankenship officiating. Guest are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
