Robert Edward Curry

Robert Edward Curry 72, of Logan departed this life Sunday, February 01, 2015 in Logan Regional Medical Center.  He was born May 06, 1942 in Cow Creek, WV to the late James Lark and Bessie (Chafin) Curry. He was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and retired from Logan City Water Board.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Janice (Vannatter) Curry, two Brothers; J.L. and Elbert Lee Curry, two Sisters; Patty Rebar and Joyce Sanders and one Grandson; Brandon Vannatter.  Those left to cherish his memories are three daughters; Deena (Sheldon) Sizemore of Chapmanville, Leann Curnutte of Logan and Mandy (Vinnie) Morris of Lake, three Brothers, Tommy (Jeanie) Curry of Illinois, Gene “P.J.” Curry of Diamond, WV and George “Rebo” Curry of Thomasville, three Sisters; Rita Ross of Huntington, Virginia Adkins of Cow Creek and Debra (Arnold) Meadow of Cow Creek, nine Grandchildren; Brandon, Justin, Kara (Boring), Rebecca, Brett, Brian, Nathaniel, Jacob and Julie and two Great-Grandchildren; Tyler and Bryson.  Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 04, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Forest lawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 03, 2015 from 6 to 9 PM at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
