Ronald Glen Daniels

Ronald Glen Daniels, 23 of Gilbert, WV went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Monday, September 9th, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on March 18th, 1996 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV to the late Ronald Glen Chaffins and Judy Sue Daniels. He was a member of The Lighthouse Church (Pastor Winfred Bradford) at Gilbert Creek, WV. He graduated from Mingo Central Comprehensive High School in 2016. He loved being a part of the Fire Department. In addition to his father, Ronald was preceded in death by his sister, Shantell Chaffins; first cousin, David Daniels; grandmother and grandfather, Carol and Harold Daniels.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his wife, Destiny Daniels of Gilbert, WV; his mother, Judy Daniels of Wharncliffe, WV; sisters, Rita Peck (Mitchell Cline) of Gilbert, WV and Kala Peck (Jason Lester) of Gilbert, WV; aunt, Janice (Lonnie) May of Hanover, WV; Dustin and Justin Chaffins of Hanover, WV, Mary (Joey) Mounts of Varney, WV, Braycen and Gregory Mounts of Varney, WV, Kandice (Alex) Jackson of Varney, WV, Kaden and Alexis Jackson of Varney, WV, Michael and Amanda Hatfield of Brenton, WV, Brantley and Carson Hatfield of Brenton, WV, Charlotte May (Adam Church) of Wharncliffe, WV, Carolyn Daniels (Charles Perry) of Madison, WV, Andrea Grimmett and Anniston Perry of Madison, WV, Gregory Daniels (Ashley Church) of Wharncliffe, WV, Logan and Landon Daniels of Wharncliffe, WV, Alaina Cline, Owen Cline, Payton Cline, Shayla Lester all of Gilbert, WV, uncle, Michael Chaffins and Kay Chaffins, and Brody Chafins, Ronnie Chaffins of Gilbert, WV, Samantha, Abby, Daniel all three of Pennsylvania, PA, Jack and Joann Ellis of Gilbert, WV, Ashley (Kevin) McDaniels of Elk Creek, WV, Billy (Kayla) Ellis of Ben Creek, WV, Tammy Browning of Elk Creek, WV, Billy Ellis Jr. of Elk Creek, and David (Nancy) Dingess of Delaware.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at Pentecostal House of Prayer in Pie, WV with Pastor Russell Prince officiating. Burial will follow in Daniels Cemetery in Ben Creek, WV. He will be carried to his final resting place by Justin Chaffins, Dustin Chaffins, Mitchell Cline, Alex Jackson, Billy Jack Ellis(father), Billy Jack Ellis (son), Michael Hatfield, and Charles Simpkins. Honorary pallbearers will include Lonnie May, David Dingess, Jack Ellis, Author Ellis, Michael Chaffins, Ronnie Chaffins, and Adam Church.

The first visitation will be held 6:00-9:00 pm Sunday, September 15th, 2019 also at the church with a special service starting at 7:00 pm with Pastor Russell Prince officiating. The second visitation will be held from 6:00-9:00 pm Monday, September 16th, 2019 at the church with a special service starting at 7:00 pm with Pastor Winfred Bradford officiating.
