Steven "Pig" Wolford

Steven “Pig” Wolford, 41 of Gilbert, WV departed this life Tuesday, October 6th, 2020.

He was born on July 31st, 1979 in Man, WV and was the son of William and Carolyn Wolford of Gilbert, WV.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Wolford; and grandparents, Drewy and Annie Wolford of Pie, WV and Mary Ann Cline of Gilbert.

Steven loved riding motorcycles, going intertubing, and fishing with his friends.

Those left to love and cherish his memory includes his mother, Carolyn Wolford; two brothers, William Ray (Kimberly) Wolford of Gilbert, WV and Jamie (Mary) Wolford of Pie, WV; two children, Steven Kyle Wolford and Aaliyah Brooke Wolford of Baisden, WV; grandfather, Buddy Cline; three nieces, Bayleigh Baisden, Taylor Wolford, and Hannah Wolford; best aunt, Freda Hatfield; and three best friends, Heath Lester, Bucky Thomas, and Herbie Wolford.

Friends may gather with the family Tuesday, October 13th, 2020 from 12:00 to 3:00pm at Collins Funeral Home Chapel in Switzer, WV.

Pallbearers will include Heath Lester of North Carolina, Bucky Thomas of Gilbert, WV, AJ Cline of Ben Creek, WV, Larry DeWayne Cline of Ben Creek, WV, and Herbie Wolford of Ben Creek, WV.

He may be gone from our sights but never from our hearts. Never forgotten always in mommy’s heart.
