Thelma Louise (Dameron) Adkins

Thelma Louise Adkins (Dameron) went home to be with her Trinity on June 5, 2024, at the age of 86 in Logan, WV. She was born on April 28, 1938, in Logan, WV. Thelma was the daughter of the late Matthew and Malissa Dameron, the adoring wife of the late Rev. Roy Adkins, and the loving mother of the late Kenya Ratliff (Mike) of Paintsville, KY, Clifton Adkins (Robyn) of Knoxville, TN, April Adkins (David) of Chapmanville, WV who was also her faithful caretaker, Malissa Reed (John) of St. Albans, WV and her special grandson, Aaron Adkins that she referred to as her boy.

She was also the wonderful grandmother of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her presence in their lives will be greatly missed. The family extends their gratitude to Dignity Hospice and for all the prayers of family and friends.

Graveside service will be held per her wishes for immediate family only.
