Vada (Perry) Crum 88, of Chauncey, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, September 30, 2017, in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born July 25, 1929 in Stiltner, WV to the Late Henderson and Lydia (Rice) Perry. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Beginnings Church @ Taylorsville. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Amos Crum, two sisters Alberta Johnson and Velma Ellis, one grandson Danny Coleman and one son-in-law Robert Coleman. Those left to cherish her memories are; one son Clyde Crum of Cleveland, OH, two daughters Lydia Coleman and Kathy (Keith) Garretson both of Switzer, one sister Linda Perry of Chauncey, one sister-in-law Faye Rainey of Ashtabula, OH, thirteen grandchildren; David (Starlet) Coleman, Kathy (Dan) Capp, Debra (Miguel) Laboy, Robert (Candice) Coleman, Adam Crum, Amy Stastny, Brian Crum, Christina Crum, Donnie (Debbie) Kubow, Crystal Kubow, Jimmy (Jennifer) Kubow, Jason Kubow, three step-grandchildren; Brian Garretson and Jennifer (Cletis) Ellis and one adopted grandson Henry (Tina) Sanders, many great- grandchildren and step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews that loved her very much and will miss her dearly. Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 05, 2017 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jason Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Jerry Williamson Cemetery in Wayne County. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM Wednesday, October 04, 2017 at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be family and Friends.
