Victoria Louise Scott

Victoria  “Louise”  (Bocook) Scott 81, of Monaville departed this life Saturday, May 06, 2017 in Pikeville Medical Center.  She was born May 03, 1936 in Earling, WV to the Late Kennis and Lucy (Stollings) Bocook.  She was a homemaker and previously had owned and operated Scottie’s Drive Inn in Switzer where she was a cook for many years.  She was of the Freewill Baptist Faith.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her grandparents, one son William “Billy Ray” Scott, one granddaughter Rachel Scott, one Sister Judy Bocook and five Brothers Elvin, Robert and Paul Bocook, Junior West and Bill West.  Those left to cherish her memories are two Daughters Connie (Scott) Isaacs of Switzer and Tammy Moore, two Sisters Kathleen Farley of Mt. Gay and Virginia Mars of Charleston, four Grandchildren Jeremy Scott of Monaville, Amy Scott of Huntington, Billy “BB” (Shawna) Scott of Switzer and Shawn (Dansel) “Bud” Wiley of Yuma and eight Great-Grandchildren.  Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Layton Lockhart officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
