Virginia Ann Horn

Virginia Ann Lewis Horn 71, of Delbarton departed this life Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Logan Regional Medical Center.  She was born June 09, 1943 in Switzer to the Late Ernold and Mildred Pritchard Lewis.    In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Eugene Floyd Horn, 1 infant brother: James Edward Lewis.  She  is survived by two sons; Michael (Brenda) Horn of Delbarton, and Timothy Horn of Myrtle Beach, Sc.,Survived also by 1 brother Ernold (Phebie) Lewis Jr. of Delbarton and 2 sisters Edith Marie (Johnny) Adkins of Ohio and Mildred Elkins of Delbarton;  five  grandchildren;    Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 22, 2014 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Copley.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
