Virginia Lee Vance

Virginia Lee (Swanner) Vance 81, of Omar, departed this life Tuesday, January 02, 2018 at Logan Regional Medical Center.  She was born May 15, 1936 in Logan, WV to the late Charlie and Ann (Ball) Swanner.  She was a homemaker and had a little dog she loved dearly named Hippie. In addition to parents she is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Vance, three brothers; Jeff, Floyd, and Jimmy Swanner, one sister; Mary Bailey, and one daughter; Joann Vance. Those left to cherish memories are three sons; Charles (Kathy) Stamper of Omar, Allen (Judy) Stamper of Mudfork, and Jimmy (Ashley) Vance of Delbarton, one daughter; Dreama (Danny) Williams of Omar, two sisters; Sharon (Brady) McClease of Omar and Debra Dillon of Omar, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.   Services will be held at Noon Saturday, January 06, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Allen Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
